• DEFINITION: measurement of the human body and its biomechanical characteristics (Adams, 1989).
  • Biomechanical refers to the mechanical (machine-like) capabilities of the human skeleto-muscular systems.
  • Thus, this field measures our sizes and how we move and move easily.
